While wandering the streets of Chicago, we stumbled upon this treasure, Old Town Oil.  Simon and I went in and tasted about a dozen different olive oils.  It was a global tasting…vinegars and oils from around the world. Unexpected.  Fun! We ended up with a bottle of “Castile” a full bodied, aromatic Spanish Olive Oil. Let the drizzling to commence. (note: A bottle of wine olive oil will be my new standby hostess gift.)
